改革开放以来,我国社会经济高速发展,对土地资源的需求也持续增加。为实现可持续发展,就必须深入研究土地利用规划与生态环境的影响的问题。土地利用规划环境影响研究不仅关系到短期内国家对土地资源和生态环境的决策,而且更对国家未来长远的发展有着重要的影响。本文首先探讨了当前我国土地利用规划环境影响评价的现实情况,进而分析了土地利用规划环境影响评价的优势作用,最后对土地利用规划环境影响评价的特点进行了探讨。

Since the reform and opening up,China’s social economy has developed rapidly,and the demand for land resources has also continued to increase.In order to achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to thoroughly study the impact of land use planning and the ecological environment.Research on the environmental impact of land use planning is not only related to the country’s short-term decision-making on land resources and ecological environment,but also has an important impact on the country’s long-term development in the future.This article first discusses the current situation of land use planning environmental impact assessment in China,and then analyzes the advantages of land use planning environmental impact assessment,and finally discusses the characteristics of land use planning environmental impact assessment.
