摘要
暴雨、地震造成高陡边坡山区铁路落石灾害,对铁路设施安全和行车安全威胁巨大,必须进行人员巡查。可采取坡面增设防护网、危岩支挡加固、受损梁体加固或更换等落石灾害事后整治措施。对落石灾害高风险区,建议梁体上方设置棚洞。内六线落石灾害隐患严峻,应加强落石灾害的隐患排查,布置有效的自动监测系统,重点进行预防性整治。加强看巡守及网格化管理,持续推进无人机应用,常态化开展防洪基础工作,利用冬季植被枯萎时期加强搜山扫危工作,提高雨后设备检查效率,提高维修整治效果及质量,加快推进水害复旧项目整治工作,加强路外环境检查监管。
Heavy rain and earthquake cause high and steep slope mountain railway rock fall disaster,posing a great threat to the safety of railway facilities and traffic safety,so personnel inspection must be carried out.Rectification measures such as additional protection net on the slope surface,dangerous rock support reinforcement,damaged beam body reinforcement or replacement can be taken.For the high-risk areas of stone falling disaster,it is recommended to set up shed holes above the beam body.The hidden danger of six line falling disaster is severe,so the hidden danger investigation of rockdisaster should be strengthened,effective automatic monitoring system should be arranged,and focus on preventive remediation.Strengthen patrol and grid management,continue to promote the application of drones,normalized flood control basic work,using winter vegetation wither period to strengthen the mountain work,improve the efficiency of equipment inspection after the rain,improve the maintenance effect and quality,accelerate the water damage old project renovation work,strengthen environmental inspection supervision outside the road.
