淄博市大中型水库移民后期扶持资金管理问题及对策建议

自2006年大中型水库移民后期扶持政策开始实施以来,大中型水库移民后期扶持资金发挥了较为突出的作用,但资金管理工作也存在着一定的问题。本文以淄博市为例,结合当前移民后期扶持资金管理呈现的新特点,分析了后扶资金使用管理中存在的问题和不足,并提出了有针对性的对策建议。

Since the implementation of the later support policy for large and medium-sized reservoirs in 2006,the later support funds for large and medium-sized reservoirs have played a relatively prominent role,and there are also certain problems in the fund management work.Taking Zibo City as an example,combined with the new characteristics of the current immigration late support fund management,this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in the use and management of postsupport funds,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
