水利施工管理中存在的问题与相应改进措施研究

Research on the problems existing in the water conservancy construction management and the corresponding improvement measures

水利工程是国家重要的基建项目,在科学规划下,可实现防洪抗涝、排水灌溉、水力发电、优化航运、区域排污以及民生供水等,为社会的可持续发展提供有效助力。从工程建设角度而言,因专业交叉、施工复杂、施工周期长等问题,加大了施工难度,在工程推进中,则需要建设出完整的管理系统,起到协调施工、分化管理的作用。基于此,本文以水利施工管理特性为切入点,指出水利施工管理中存在的问题,并对改进措施进行研究。

As an important national infrastructure project,water conservancy project can realize flood control,drainage and irrigation,hydropower generation,optimized shipping,regional sewage discharge and livelihood water supply under scientific planning,providing effective help for the sustainable development of the society.From the perspective of engineering construction,professional crossover,complex construction,long construction cycle and other problems increase the difficulty of construction.In the promotion of the project,it is necessary to build a complete management system,and play the role of coordinating construction and differentiation management.Based on this,this paper identifies the problems of water conservancy construction management with the water conservancy construction management characteristics and studies the improvement measures.
