The construction quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects must rely on the construction technology and construction management to ensure that the project construction quality is consistent with the relevant regulations.This paper first briefly expounds the project construction technology and management necessity,then analyzes the water conservancy and hydropower project construction technology and the factors affecting the project construction technology,and finally proposes the construction management measures of water conservancy and hydropower engineering for reference.
