工程招标暂定价的造价管理方法探讨

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,engineering construction has gradually been recognized by the national government and related personnel,and the achievements of engineering construction are also increasing.The provisional pricing of project bidding plays a decisive and critical role in the smooth progress of project construction.Therefore,developers and construction units should make the budget accurate and strict in the management of temporary pricing of project bidding.Only accurate and strict budget can ensure the normal construction of the project in order to control the construction cost.As a construction unit,it is necessary not only to complete the project construction to meet the needs of the developers,but also to supervise and manage the tentative cost of the project bidding.This paper discusses the management of project bidding provisional pricing in combination with the problems encountered in practice,hoping to help improve the cost management of project bidding provisional leave.
