为持续提升建设单位的工程造价管控能力,实现施工资源的合理化,文章从实际角度出发,在分析水利工程造价影响因素的前提下,借鉴过往经验,制定合理的管理举措,构建起完备的水利工程造价控制机制,实现建设资金的最优化应用。

In order to continuously improve the engineering cost control ability of the construction unit and realize the rationalization of the construction resources,this paper,from the practical point of view,draws lessons from the past experience on the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of water conservancy project cost,and formulates reasonable management measures.
