摘要
随着钾肥工业的飞速发展,该行业的自动化应用技术也逐渐普及,各控制系统之间的数据调用日益频繁,要求实时性和开放性越来越强。系统采用集成架构,将所有设备和系统都完整地嵌入到一个自动化控制解决方案中,采用共同的组态编程、数据管理和通信是钾肥这种流程型行业目前的迫切需求。因此对钾肥自动化系统升级改造进行探讨是一项非常重要的工作。
With the rapid development of potash fertilizer industry,the automatic application technology of this industry is becoming more and more popular,and the data calls between the control systems are becoming more and more frequent,which requires more and more real-time and openness.Thesystem adopts an integrated architecture and embeds all devices and systems into an automated controlsolution.Common configuration programming,data management and communication are the urgentneeds of potash flow industry.Therefore,it is very important to discuss the upgrading of potassium fertilizer automation system.
