水泥搅拌桩质检技术在水利工程施工中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 遵循水利工程的基本施工流程,测量施工数据并准备相关的应用设备,确定水利工程施工工艺流程。利用水泥搅拌法加固机理,分别计算水泥搅拌桩承载力和沉降量,从而确定水泥搅拌桩的配比,实现对软土地基的加固处理。在此基础上分别实现水利工程中的排水、土方、浆砌等方面的施工。利用水泥搅拌桩质检技术评定水利工程的施工质量,并依据质量检测结果调整施工。经过应用性能的测试实验得出结论,在水利工程施工工作中应用水泥搅拌桩质检技术可以有效提升工程施工质量,降低故障风险。 Follow the basic construction process of water conservancy project,measure the construction data and accurately apply the relevant equipment,and determine the construction process of water conservancy project.Based on the mechanism of cement mixing method,the bearing capacity and settlement of cement mixing pile are calculated respectively,so as to determine the proportion of cement mixing pile and realize the reinforcement of soft soil foundation.On this basis,the construction of drainage,earthwork,masonry and other aspects of water conservancy projects are realized respectively.The quality inspection technology of cement mixing pile is used to evaluate the construction quality of water conservancy project,and the construction is adjusted according to the quality inspection results.It is concluded that the application of cement mixing pile quality inspection technology in the construction of water conservancy project can effectively improve the construction quality and reduce the risk of failure.
