摘要
销售人员是企业现有在职员工队伍之中的重要组成部分,面对的工作环境不确定因素多,工作压力大,选择和运用适当策略做好针对企业销售人员的激励,能支持销售人员在日常工作过程中积极作为,支持企业产品市场营销业务活动在具体组织开展过程中获取和实现最优化的预期效果。
Sales personnel are an important part of the existing on-the-job staff in an enterprise.They face many uncertain factors the working environment,great pressure on work,choosing and applying appropriate strategies to do a good job of incentive for enterprise sales personnel,can support sales personnel in the daily work process to actively act,support enterprise product marketing business activities in the specific organization to achieve the expected results of optimization.
