关于河道堤防除险加固工程的安全管理

我国疆土地大物博,河流众多。对于生活在河流周围的人们来讲,河流的治理决定了他们的生命财产安全,就此而言河道堤防除险工程不能有半点疏忽。在河道堤防除险加固过程中,需要对加固工程进行合理的安全管理,才能长期有效保护人民生命财产安全。本文以国内外对河道堤防加固的安全管理经验为理论基础,通过对我国河道堤防除险出现的问题,分析河道堤防除险出现的原因,并给出具体具体解决措施。

Our country is vast in territory,abundant in resources and abundant in rivers.For the people living around the river,the management of the river determines the safety of their lives and property,in this regard,the river embankment project can not be neglected.In the process of river embankment reinforcement project,it is necessary to carry out reasonable safety management to the reinforcement project,so as to effectively protect the safety of people’s lives and property in a long term.Based on the safety management experience of river embankment reinforcement at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of river embankment in China,and puts forward specific measures to solve them.
