河道边坡管线加固中微型钢管灌注桩施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 污水管网在既有岸坡沿线通过时,边坡高度不大,场地空间有限,管线需要埋设在地面以下。针对分布在河道两侧的管网加固时,采用高压旋喷桩对岸坡进行加固。对既有挡墙加固的同时,也可防止坡脚涌水、流砂。在新建挡墙的区段采用微型钢管灌注桩,排桩支护。排桩之间采用挡土板连接,排桩桩顶设置冠梁,桩墙范围设置泄水孔。在不改变原始边坡形状的前提下,经过设计计算,满足现有条件下管网加固施工要求。 When the sewage pipe network passes along the existing bank slope,the height of the slope is not large and the space of the site is limited.The pipeline needs to be buried below the ground.The high-pressure jet grouting pile is used to reinforce the bank slope when the pipe network is distributed on both sides of the river.While strengthening the existing retaining wall,it can also prevent water and sand from flowing at the foot of the slope.In the section of the new retaining wall,the micro steel pipe cast-in-place pile and row pile support are used.Retaining plates are used to connect the rowpiles,crown beams are set at the top of row piles,and drain holes are set in the range of pile walls.Onthe premise of not changing the original slope shape,through design and calculation,it can meet the re-quirements of pipe network reinforcement construction under the existing conditions.
