摘要
随着中国酒店业发展不断成熟,近几年不少国内酒店企业都已开始涉足国际市场,而跨国经营也因此成为了当前中国酒店企业的重要发展趋势,但由于酒店企业的跨国经营管理较为复杂,中国酒店企业在跨国经营等方面又缺乏经验,因此在经营模式选择、经营管理决策等方面,常常会出现问题。
With the development of Chinese hotel industry,many domestic hotel enterprises willbegin to set foot in the international market in recent years,and transnational operation has become animportant development trend of Chinese hotel enterprises at present,but because of the complexity oftransnational management of hotel enterprises,Chinese hotel enterprises lack experience in transnation-al operation and so on.
