摘要
国有企业要实现提升企业市场竞争力的目的,促进企业实际发展,需要在实践中逐渐实现对人力资源管理的探究。本文在考虑提高企业实际竞争力的同时,对如何有效开展国有企业人力资源的管理相关工作进行合理探究。
In order to achieve the purpose of improving the market competitiveness of enterprises and promote the actual development of enterprises,state-owned enterprises need to gradually realize the exploration of human resources management in practice.While considering improving the actual competitiveness of enterprises,this paper makes a reasonable exploration on how to effectively carry out the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises.
