摘要
社会保险系统具有资金体系庞大、管理层级结构复杂的特点,社会保险市场中的不法行为屡见不鲜。本文通过总结与医保不法行为相关的理论,以及梳理文献中近三年医保不法行为的案例分析,旨在提出完善现有医保制度和管理漏洞的可行方案。
The social insurance system has the characteristics of huge capital system and complex management hierarchy,and the illegal behavior in the social insurance market is common.This paper summarizes the theory related to medical insurance illegal behavior and combs the case analysis of medical insurance illegal behavior in the last three years in the literature,aiming to put forward a feasible plan to repair the existing medical insurance system and management loopholes.
