高校学生工匠精神培育的困境与对策研究

Study on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Cultivation of College Students’ Craftsman Spirit

在国家经济发展对高素质技术技能型人才的需求日益增长的时代背景下,高职院校作为培养"大国工匠"人才的摇篮肩负着神圣的使命。笔者根据自身的工作实践经验,对当前高职院校学生工匠精神培育中面临的困境和解决对策进行了探索和思考。

Under the background of the increasing demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in the national economic development,higher vocational colleges,as the cradle of cultivating"great country craftsmen"talents,shoulder the sacred mission.Based on my own work experience,the author explores and thinks about the difficulties and solutions in cultivating the craftsman spirit of students in higher vocational colleges.
