摘要
本文研究发现,现代学徒制背景下的教师胜任力模型维度包括实践素养、个人素养、管理能力和教学能力,并围绕如何提升现代学徒制背景下教师的实践素养、个人素养、管理能力和教学能力等方面,提出针对性的对策建议。
This paper finds that the dimensions of teacher competency model in the context of modern apprenticeship include practical literacy,personal literacy,management ability and teaching ability,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve teachers’competence.
