使用点云细分算法快速计量复杂土料场开挖量

Quick Measurement of Excavation Volume of Complex Borrow Pit by Point Cloud Subdivision Algorithm

摘要 针对堆石坝工程施工中复杂土料场土料开挖方量计算中存在的数据采集繁琐、处理低效、计算过程复杂、精度受主观因素影响多等问题,设计了一种基于点云网格细分算法的复杂土料场开挖方量计算方法。该方法依据开挖对象开挖前后的点云数据,分别采用Doo-Sabin细分算法和克里金插值算法对点云进行处理,构建网格细分空间模型,通过网格细分空间将非均匀开挖体模型离散为标准单元体,再累计单元体体积得到开挖体体积。工程实际计算表明,该方法能够快速方便地计算开挖体方量,计算效率与精度能够满足工程需要,能够为土料场开挖方量计算提供一种高效、准确的解决方案,为工程精细化管理提供支撑。 To solve the problems existing in the calculation of excavation volume of complex earth material yard in the construction of rockfill dam,such as cumbersome data collection,low efficiency in processing,complex calculation process,and the accuracy affected by subjective factors,we design a calculation method of excavation volume of complex earth material yard based on point cloud mesh subdivision algorithm.According to the point cloud data before and after excavation,the Doo-Sabin subdivision algorithm and Kriging interpolation algorithm are used to process the point cloud,and the mesh subdivision space model is constructed.Through the mesh subdivision space,the non-uniform excavation model is subdivided into standard unit volume,and then the excavation volume is obtained by accumulating the unit volume.Through the actual calculation verification of the project,the proposed algorithm can quickly and conveniently calculate the excavation volume.Its calculation efficiency and accuracy can meet the needs of the project.It can provide an efficient and accurate solution for the excavation volume calculation of the earth yard,and provide support for the fine management of the project.
