基于“三位一体”的GIS研究生创新能力培养研究与实践 被引量:3

Research and Practice of Innovation Ability Training of GIS Postgraduates from Three Aspects

摘要 目前培养的研究生普遍存在创新意识不强、创新思维和创新能力不足等问题。创新能力培养是研究生教育的核心内容。以GIS研究生创新能力培养为例,从思想理念、培养方法、培养过程“三位一体”的目标出发,提出“以社会创新人才需求为导向,提升思想理念,明确培养目标;以科研团队协作优势为核心,创新培养方法,提升培养成效;以各阶段培养任务为基础,把关培养过程,确保培养质量”的理论与方法,为高校、研究机构和导师培养研究生创新能力提供借鉴和参考。 At present,the training of graduate students is faced with many problems,such as the lack of innovation consciousness,innovation thinking and innovation ability.The cultivation of postgraduates’innovation ability is the most important part of postgraduate’s education.Taking the cultivation of GIS postgraduates as an example,starting from the target of thought and idea,cultivation method and cultivation process,we put forward the following theory and method:taking the demand of social innovative talents as the guide,improving thoughts and ideas,and defining the training objectives;taking the advantage of scientific research team cooperation as the core,innovating the training methods,and improving the training efficiency;taking the training tasks of each stage as the basis,checking the training process,and ensuring the training quality.Our research can provide a reference on how to cultivate the innovation ability of postgraduates for universities,institutions and tutors.
