Research on 3D Oil Pipeline Information Management and Security Warning System

摘要 为满足石油运输企业对油气输运相关设施、设备的信息管理和发生安全问题时进行预警,开发设计三维输油管线信息管理与安全预警系统,对从数据生产到系统设计与实现进行论述。通过对比分析得出同时满足模型精度高、建模速度快的三维管线建模方法,研究利用合并根节点和纹理压缩技术提高倾斜摄影实景模型的加载效率,探索使用缓冲区分析和最短路径Dijkstra算法进行安全预警模拟。系统关键技术和设计思路,为城市地下管线建设,特别是三维输油管线信息管理和应急防灾提供借鉴。 To meet the needs of oil transportation companies on information management of oil and gas transportation-related facilities and equipment and to provide safety warning on security issues,a three-dimensional oil pipeline information management and safety warning system is developed and designed,and the process from data production to system design and implementation i discussed.Through comparative analysis,a three-dimensional pipeline modeling method that satisfies both high model accuracy and fast modeling speed is obtained.The combined root nodes and texture compression technologies are used to improve the loading efficiency of oblique photography real-world models.Buffer analysis and shortest path Dijkstra algorithm are used to carry out safety warning simulation.The system’s key technologies and design ideas provide references for urban underground pipeline construction,especially three-dimensional oil pipeline information management and emergency disaster prevention.
