襄阳市城市空间发展战略评价方法与实证分析

Evaluation Methods and Empirical Analysis on Xiangyang City’s Strategic Development

襄阳市地处国家"汉江生态经济带发展规划"和湖北省"一芯两带三区"布局产业地图的汉江经济带的战略布局支点,其城市发展对打造汉孝随襄十制造业高质量发展具有举足轻重的作用。为了服务襄阳市国土空间规划和社会经济发展,结合空间统计、空间分析、综合指标模型和大数据分析等评价方法,对襄阳市的区位优势和竞争力、人口分布和结构、国土空间开发、产业基础和结构、生态环境建设、基础设施和综合发展水平进行了较为全面的实证分析,指出了其存在的短板,提出了空间发展战略建议。

Xiangyang City is located in the strategic layout fulcrum of Hanjiang Economic Belt,which are the national"Hanjiang ecological economic belt development plan"and Hubei Province"one core,two belts and three districts"layout industrial map.Its urban development plays an important role in building the high-quality manufacturing development belt of Han xiao sui xiang shi.In order to serve the spatial planning and socioeconomic development of Xiangyang City,we study the evaluation methods of spatial statistics,spatial analysis,comprehensive index model and big data analysis,and we compare the location advantages and competitiveness,population distribution and structure,spatial development of land,industrial infrastructure and structure,ecological environment construction,infrastructure and comprehensive development level of Xiangyang City for a comprehensive empirical analysis.The existing shortcomings are pointed out and the suggestions for strategic development are put forward.
