摘要 首先阐述了机载LiDAR(light detection and ranging)获取电力线点云数据的要求;其次利用激光点云数据处理软件对激光点云数据进行分类,并提取电力线上的数据点;然后以电力线与其他地物的安全距离为判别依据,对电力线进行危险点检测,获取危险点明细表并确定危险区域,在及时消除安全隐患的同时也使电力巡检工作更加省时省力。 Firstly,this paper describes the requirement of airborne LiDAR to acquire point cloud data of power line.Secondly,Terra Scan software is used to classify the laser cloud data,and the data points on the power line are extracted and the power line defects are detected.Then,based on the safe distance between the power line and other ground objects,the power line is tested for dangerous points.Once a detailed list of dangerous points is obtained,then the area with dangerous points can be determined,which not only eliminates potential safety hazards in time,but also makes power inspection more time-saving and labor-saving.
