基于五色判断矩阵的资源环境承载能力预警——以武汉“1+8”都市圈为例

Early-Warning of Bearing Capacity of Resources and Environment Based on Five-Color Judgment Matrix: A Case Study of Wuhan “1+8” Metropolitan Area

选取土地资源环境承载力、生态条件与环境质量承载力两个一级评价状态和若干个二级指标,采取五色判断矩阵的方式将武汉都市圈的资源环境的综合承载力状态细分为红、橙、黄、蓝、绿5种预警等级,为建立资源环境承载能力长效预警机制提供参考。武汉都市圈资源环境承载力预警结果显示,2017年武汉都市圈内区县的资源环境承载能力大多处于蓝色(基本可载)状态,而武汉市区、黄石市区基本处于红色或橙色(超载)状态。

Two first-level systems of land resources,ecological conditions and environmental quality and several second-level indicators are selected,and the carrying state of resources and environment in Wuhan metropolitan area is subdivided into five warning levels,namely,red,orange,yellow,blue and green,by means of five-color judgment matrix.The study finds that in 2017,most of the resources and environments in the districts and counties in Wuhan metropolitan area are in the blue(basically loadable)state,while Wuhan and Huangshi are basically in the red or orange over load state.
