摘要
超大城市建设工程“多测合一”面临涉及单位多、环节复杂、标准多样、数据格式不统一等问题,而超大城市的管理要求又更为精细。本文以上海市为例,就建设工程“多测合一”的技术路线、应用体系、关键技术、具体的实施路径展开研究与实践。在技术上,探讨统一的测绘技术规程和成果标准,构建成果质量审核和监管机制,以此为基础研究建立了统一测绘标准、质检标准、软件标准;在实践上,基于现有EPS系统开发了“多测合一”专版作业软件,进行上海市建设工程“多测合一”从项目审批到竣工验收和数据共享的全流程服务;最终,促进业务协同、数据共享、决策联动,为数据多元利用提供支持与保证。
Construction projects“multiple measurements in one”face numerous challenges,such as involving many organizations,complex procedures,diverse standards,and inconsistent data formats.Moreover,the management requirements for megacities are more meticulous.This paper uses Shanghai as a case study to research the technical route,application system,key technologies,and specific implementation paths for“multiple measurements in one”in construction projects.Firstly,we explore unified surveying technical procedures and result standards,and builds a result quality review and supervision mechanism.Based on this research,unified surveying standards,quality inspection standards,and software standards have been established.Secondly,a specialized“multiple measurements in one”operational software has been developed based on the EPS system to provide comprehensive services for construction projects in Shanghai.Finally,the whole process service is provided from project approval to completion acceptance and data sharing.The research aims to promote task collaboration,data sharing,and decision-making linkage,providing support and assurance for diverse data utilization in megacity.
