成渝地区“六江”生态廊道规划分区及管控策略研究

摘要 科学开展规划分区是对国土空间保护、修复和合理开发利用的前提。本文以成渝地区“六江”生态廊道为例,在掌握区域生态本底的基础上,识别突出生态问题,评估生态系统服务功能,开展生态廊道分区划定与管控策略研究。研究表明:(1)研究区内主要存在水土流失、石漠化、地质灾害、林地质量不高、耕地退化、生物多样性风险加剧等突出生态问题;(2)人类活动干扰强度大,生态功能以一般区为主,占比40.94%,极重要区占比26.62%,主要分布在长江屏山段、云阳—巫山段,岷江都江堰段,沱江绵竹段及乌江沿线的高海拔地区;(3)结合“三区三线”管控要求和国土空间总体格局,划定生态保护区、生态修复区和生态合理利用区,分别占比30.50%、15.26%和54.24%,并制定分区管控策略。 Scientific planning and zoning is a prerequisite for the protection,restoration,rational development and utilization of national land space.This article takes the“Six Rivers”ecological corridor in the Chengdu-Chongqing Area as an example.Based on understanding the regional ecological background,it identifies prominent ecological problems,evaluates ecosystem service functions,and conducts research on the zoning and control strategies of ecological corridors.The research showed that:①There are prominent ecological problems in the study area,such as soil erosion,rocky desertification,geological disasters,low forest quality,farmland degradation,and increased biodiversity risks;②Human activities have a strong disturbance intensity.The ecological function is dominated by general areas,accounting for 40.94%,and extremely important areas accounting for 26.62%,which are mainly distributed in high-altitude areas of the Pingshan section and Yunyang-Wushan section of the Yangtze River,Dujiangyan section of the Minjiang River,Mianzhu section of the Tuojiang River,and the Wujiang River;③Based on the requirements of“Three Zones and Three Lines”control and the overall spatial pattern of the country,ecological protection zones,ecological restoration zones,and ecological rational utilization zones are designated,accounting for 30.50%,15.26%,and 54.24%respectively,and zoning control strategies are formulated.
