基于北京三号立体影像的大比例尺测图技术研究与应用

摘要 随着现代科技的飞速发展,遥感卫星影像在测绘领域的应用越来越广。本文旨在验证高分辨率卫星影像在立体测图中的有效性,采用北京三号国际星获取的0.3 m卫星立体影像,经过空中三角测量和立体测图等步骤,在宁波市的典型区域进行1∶2000 DLG数据的测制,并对其平面和高程精度进行详细分析评价。结果表明:(1)试点DLG测制成果的平面中误差达到0.53 m(平地)和0.28 m(山地),高程中误差为0.30 m(平地)和0.42 m(山地),满足国家制定的规范标准;(2)在地物表达能力上,除了部分被遮挡区域采集困难外,其余基本达到1∶2000 DLG要素表达要求。总而言之,本文研究表明采用0.3 m分辨率的立体卫星影像在大比例尺测图中是可行的。 With the rapid development of modern technology,the application of remote sensing satellite imagery in the field of surveying and mapping is becoming increasingly widespread.This study aims to validate the efficacy of high-resolution satellite imagery in stereoscopic mapping.Utilizing 0.3 m stereo imagery acquired by the Beijing-3 international satellite,aerial triangulation and stereoscopic mapping were conducted to generate 1∶2000 digital line graph(DLG)data in a specific area within Ningbo city.Detailed analysis and evaluation of the planimetric and elevation accuracy were performed.The results showed that①the planimetric root mean square errors of the pilot DLG mapping products reach 0.53 m(flat terrain)and 0.28 m(mountainous terrain),while the elevation root mean square errors are 0.30 m(flat terrain)and 0.42 m(mountainous terrain),surpassing the specifications set by national standards;②in terms of the capability to represent features,apart from some areas where data collection is challenging due to obstruction,the rest basically meets the requirements or expressing DLG elements at a scale of 1∶2000.Overall,this study demonstrates the feasibility of using 0.3 m resolution stereo satellite imagery for large-scale mapping purposes.
