院级本科教学质量评价机制的构建与实践——以武汉大学资源与环境科学学院为例

摘要 目前我国高校内部教学质量评价仍存在诸多问题,建设更加完善高效的学院教学质量评价机制十分必要。本文以武汉大学资源与环境科学学院为例,设计教学质量评价机制的底层逻辑,即评价什么—谁来评—如何评—评价的成效四个维度,构建评价机制的四个要素,即评价机制体系的综合性、评价主体的多元化、形成基于质量评价的多维度多形式全过程的评价方法、完成评价结果反馈并督促质量持续改进的闭环管理。本文从学院督导监管机制建设、教师和学生在质量评价机制中的作用、评价活动的组织协调、社会评价的应用等方面分享经验。 Currently,there are still many issues with the internal teaching quality evaluation in Chinese universities,making it necessary to construct a more comprehensive and efficient teaching quality evaluation mechanism at the college level.Taking the School of Resource and Environmental Science at Wuhan University as an example,this article designs the underlying logic of the teaching quality evaluation mechanism,which includes four dimensions:what to evaluate,who conducts the evaluation,how to evaluate,and the effectiveness of the evaluation.It also constructs four elements of the evaluation mechanism:the comprehensiveness of the evaluation system,the diversification of evaluators,the establishment of a multidimensional and multi-form evaluation method based on quality evaluation throughout the entire process,and the closed-loop management of completing evaluation results feedback and urging continuous quality improvement.This article shares experiences in the construction of college supervision and oversight mechanisms,the roles of teachers and students in the quality evaluation mechanism,the organization and coordination of evaluation activities,and the application of social evaluation.
