“请进来,我主导”网络教学模式实践探索

“Please come in, I lead”,a practical exploration of a online teaching model

摘要 针对疫情期间的网络课程教学,本文提出了一种“请进来,我主导”的网络教学模式,并进行了初期的尝试与实践。该教学模式的主要思路是将校外交叉学科的专家学者请进网络课堂,在主讲老师的整体把控下,开展教学活动,在保证授课质量的基础上,通过融入交叉学科的新视角带动老师和学生对本专业课程的新思考。该模式充分发挥了网络教学的优势和潜力,调动了学生的学习兴趣和热情,拓展了学生的知识面。从学生和督导专家的反馈意见得出,这种教学模式能够充分体现“以学生为主体,以教师为主导”的教学理念,初步取得了较好的教学效果。 In view of the online course teaching during the epidemic period,this paper proposes a“please come in,I lead”online teaching mode,and conducts initial attempts and practices.The main idea of this teaching model is to invite experts and scholars of interdisciplinary subjects outside the school into the online classroom,and carries out teaching activities under the overall control of the main lecturer.On the basis of ensuring the quality of teaching,the new perspective of interdisciplinary integration is used to drive teachers and students’new thinking on the course of this major;this model gives full play to the advantages and potential of online teaching,mobilizes students’interest and enthusiasm for learning,and expands students’knowledge.According to the feedback from students and supervision experts,this teaching mode can fully reflect the teaching concept of“student-centered,teacher-led”,and has initially achieved good teaching results.
