摘要
翻转课堂具有增加学生课堂参与度、提升学生学习积极性等诸多优点,但由于地方高校与军队院校的巨大差异,使得传统的翻转课堂教学模式难以直接被应用于军队院校。本文在充分分析军队院校与地方院校差异性的基础上,对传统翻转课堂进行了改进,分别在学习资源环节、提问讨论环节及教学评估环节进行了创新,从理论上探析军队院校翻转课堂的教学模式,提出了军队院校翻转课堂教学模式的构建策略。
The flipped classroom has many advantages,such as increasing students’classroom participation and improving students’enthusiasm for learning.However,due to the huge difference between traditional universities and military academies,it is difficult for the traditional flipped classroom teaching mode to be directly applied to military academies.On the basis of fully analyzing the differences between military academies and traditional universities,this paper improves the learning resources section,question and discussion section and teaching evaluation section of the traditional flipped classroom,and theoretically analyzes the teaching mode of the flipped classroom in military academies,and proposes the construction strategy of flipped classroom teaching mode in military academies.
