北京市基准站用户监管服务关键技术研究

Key technologies of Beijing CORS supervision and services

针对北京市基准站用户监管和服务的问题,研究了用户监管服务技术,设计研发了北京市卫星导航定位基准站网服务管理平台,实现了用户及账号管理、电子化申请流程、作业区域限定、历史轨迹查询等功能。通过外业RTK算例测试分析,平台在一定程度上提高了系统的服务水平,加强了测绘主管部门及用户单位对账号的监管及管理力度。

Aiming at the problems of user supervision and services of Beijing CORS stations,the supervision service technologies are studied and the service management platform of Beijing CORS system is designed,which realizes the functions of user and accounts management,electronic application process,operation area limitation,historical track query,etc.Through the example test and analysis,the platform improves the service level of the system to a certain extent,and strengthens the supervision and management of the surveying and mapping department and the user unit on the accounts.
