摘要
本文以哈尔滨市平房区基于GIS的"网格化+"管理应用为例,探讨在智慧城市和城市信息模型(CIM)建设下GIS技术在基层社区网格化治理中的应用,目的是提高基层社区治理体系现代化建设,助力城市精细化管理,实现社区网格化管理新模式,同时也为其他城市和区县的精细化服务与基层社会治理提供相关建设思路与技术参考。
This paper takes Pingfang District of Harbin as an example to discuss the application of GIS technology in grid plus Management.Discuss the application of GIS technology in the grid management of grassroots communities under the construction of smart city and urban information model(CIM).The purpose is to improve the modernization of grassroots community governance system,help city fine management,realize the new mode of community grid management,and also provide relevant construction ideas and technical reference for other cities and counties.
