摘要 三维激光扫描技术作为近年来测绘领域的热点技术,因其快速、精确、无接触的特点,应用越来越广。本文以"北京市建设工程全过程监督核测"政策为背景,制定了基于三维激光技术的建筑工程核测竣工的整体技术流程,应用于亦庄开发区45#街区实际工程项目,进行了该技术流程的适用性研究。研究结果表明,该方法采集数据高效、精准,可替代传统全站仪作业模式,在大面积、建(构)筑物众多的区域具有广阔的应用前景。 As a hot spot technology in the field of surveying and mapping in recent years,3 D laser scanning technology has become more and more widely used due to its fast,accurate,and non-contact characteristics.Based on the policy of"Beijing Construction Project Supervision and Inspection in the Whole Process",this paper formulates the overall technical process for the completion of construction project verification and inspection based on 3 D laser technology,and applies the technology to the actual engineering project in the 45#block of Yizhuang Development Zone.Study on the suitability of the process.The research results show that the method is efficient and accurate in data collection,can replace the traditional total station operation mode,and has a broad application prospect in large areas and areas with many buildings(structures).
