摘要
利用大比例尺地形图、航空航天遥感影像和数字高程模型等历史地理信息资源,分析提取城市拆迁工程范围内的建筑物信息,并判定其建成年代、估算其占地面积。实践证明,该方法准确度高、可操作性强,能极大地减少拆迁补偿中的异议和纠纷,可为主管部门提供决策依据。
Integrated use historical geographic information resources such as large-scale topographic maps,remote sensing images,and digital elevation models to analyze and extract information about buildings within the scope of urban demolition projects,determine their completion year,and estimate their area.The practice has proved that the method has high accuracy and operability.The method can greatly reduce dissent and disputes in compensation for demolition,and can provide scientific decision-making basis for competent authorities.
