Jointly hosted by the State Information Center,Qingdao municipal government and Shandong Provincial Big Data Bureau,the 2nd China New Smart City Construction Summit kicked off on December 21 in Qingdao city,Shandong province.Some 30 well-known academicians and experts,nationwide officers and more than 40 representatives from Leading enterprises attended the summit in hybrid form,along with over 3.8 million online spectators.
