新发现《录某孝廉拟阻和款奏稿》连载于1895年6月13日、14日出版的新加坡《星报》,经考证,即为学界寻觅已久的康有为《公车上书》。该文字数不足5000,仅言及"明诏、行大赏罚、练兵选将"等三项主张,并无"迁都""变法"等内容。此文是康有为策划组织"公车上书"的直接证据,并可为考证《公车上书记》的文本源流提供原始依据。

A newly discovered manuscript of an unnamed Xiaolian sked the emperor to stop the peace treaty was serialized in Singapore’s "Xing Newspaper" published on June 13 and 14,1895.It should be Kang Youwei’s Gongche Shangshu,which has been searched for a long time by academia.In less than 5,000 words,the article only talks about three propositions of "issue imperial decree in which the emeror blamed himself for the suffering of the people,clear rewards and punishments,training soldiers and choose generals",without "moving capital" and "reform".This article is the direct evidence that Kang Youwei launched the " Gongche Shangshu movement",and can provide original basis for textual research on the origin of Gongche Shangshu Ji.
