土地全生命周期管理的知识图谱构建及应用 被引量:3

Construction and application of knowledge graph for whole life cycle of land management

摘要 针对传统的“单打一”“碎片化”土地管理模式,面临业务烟囱林立、信息系统分散、多源异构数据复杂、信息共享难等问题,该文提出了基于知识图谱的土地全生命周期各环节业务信息关联表达方法。采用浙江某县自然资源部门土地管理数据,结合本体构建、知识抽取与融合、语义网表示等技术,构建了土地全生命周期管理数据流业务流关联关系知识图谱,实现了土地全生命周期管理跨层级、跨部门、跨时间、跨系统业务协同与共享。试验结果表明:与传统的库表属性连接关联方法相比,该方法可快速可靠地构建土地管理业务关联关系,有效地解决了土地管理数据多源异构、业务复杂导致的查询效率低、空间分析难等问题,为自然资源空间治理走向精细化提供了参考。 In view of the problems faced by the traditional “one-on-one” and “fragmented” land management mode, such as numerous business chimneys, scattered information systems, complex multi-source heterogeneous data, difficult information sharing and so on, the business information association expression method of all links of land whole life cycle based on knowledge graph was put forward in this paper. Using the full-service land management data of the natural resources department of a county in Zhejiang Province, combined with land management business ontology construction, land management business knowledge extraction and fusion, semantic web representation and other technologies, the knowledge atlas of the association relationship between land life cycle management data flow and business flow was constructed;the cross level, cross department, cross time and cross system business collaboration and sharing of land life cycle management were realized. Experimental results showed that compared with the traditional library table attribute connection association method, the association relationship of land management business could be quickly and reliably constructed by this method, and the problems of low query efficiency and difficult spatial analysis caused by multi-source heterogeneity and complex business of land management data were solved effectively. The support for the refinement of natural resource spatial governance was provided by this method.
