农村区域房地一体化高精度测绘方法研究 被引量:28

Research on high precision surveying and mapping method for integration of real estate in rural areas

摘要 为了替代传统人工野外测绘模式,实现农村区域房地一体化高精度测绘,减轻外业人员劳动强度,该文研究一种适用于农村区域的房产、地籍一体化高精度测绘的创新技术方法,即以消费级无人机高精度低空倾斜摄影技术。该文以山东省滕州市前杨岗村房地一体化测绘为例,探索消费级无人机低空高精度倾斜摄影方案,研究区块化数据自动整理,将数据导入Context Capture进行高精度三维建模,并基于村庄高精度实景三维模型进行地房地一体化测图,最后经过精度实测比对,验证了基于实景三维模型进行农村区域房地一体化高精度测绘方法的可行性。 In order to replace the traditional manual field surveying and mapping mode with high-precision and low-altitude consumer unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)tilt photography technology to achieve high-precision surveying and mapping of rural areas and reduce the labor intensity of field workers,this paper studied an innovative technology for high-precision surveying and mapping of real estate and cadastral integration in rural areas.Taking the integrated surveying and mapping of Qianyanggang village in Tengzhou city,Shandong province as an example,this paper explored the scheme of low-altitude and high-precision consumer UAV tilt photography and studied the automatic collation of block data,and imported the data into Context Capture for high-precision three-dimensional modeling.Based on the high-precision three-dimensional model of the village,three-dimensional mapping was carried out.Finally,the feasibility of high-precision surveying and mapping method based on three-dimensional model of real scene was verified by comparing the measured data.
