上海建设“亚洲演艺之都”的现状、问题及对策建议

Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of Building Shanghai into “Asian Performing Arts Capital”

2017年底,上海市委、市政府提出上海要打造"亚洲演艺之都"。为加快实现这一目标,上海积极探索剧场建设、剧目创作、演艺经纪、演艺人才培养、观众群体培育等方面的创新发展思路。通过产业整体布局、大型高质量场馆建设、原创和引进优秀剧目、增强演艺经纪运行能力、完善票务市场等手段,上海的演艺业在近年来获得了可喜的成果。同时,长三角一体化发展战略,以及文商旅融合、艺术进商圈、夜间经济转型升级等政策导向都无疑为演艺业发展营造了良好的外部环境。基于对上海打造"亚洲演艺之都"现实需求的分析,阐述上海演艺业的发展现状及存在的问题,由此提出相应的对策建议。

At the end of 2017,the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed that Shanghai should build itself into"Asian performing arts capital".In order to accelerate the realization of this goal,Shanghai actively explores innovative development strategies in theater construction,repertoire creation,performing arts brokerage,talents training,audience group cultivation and etc.Through the overall layout of the industry,the construction of large-scale and high-quality venues,the creation and introduction of outstanding repertoire,the enhancement of brokerage operation abilities,and the improvement of ticketing market,Shanghai’s performing arts industry has achieved gratifying results in recent years.At the same time,the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta,as well as the policy orientation of cultural,business and tourism integration,art into business circles,and nighttime economic transformation and upgrading,have undoubtedly created a good external environment for the development of the performing arts industry.Based on an analysis of the actual needs of Shanghai’s building itself as"the Asian Performing Arts Capital",this article will elaborate on the status quo and existing problems of Shanghai performing arts industry,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
