Toward the New Era of the Social Governance Community in Urban Areas

党的十九届四中全会首次提出了要"加快推进市域社会治理现代化"和"社会治理共同体"建设的概念。加快推进市域社会治理现代化,要求我们必须要把更多的资源下沉到基层,更好地为基层治理提供精准化、精细化服务。"社会治理共同体",不仅是一个包含着主体、客体等"一核多方"联结形式在内的工具性的共同体,更是一个具有情感、文化和心理认同在内的价值性的共同体。

The fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC central committee put forward the concept of"accelerating the modernization of social governance in urban areas"and"social governance community"construction for the first time.To accelerate the modernization of social governance in urban areas,we must devote more resources to the basic level and better provide accurate and refined services for the basic level.The construction of"social governance community"is not only a community with tools including the form of"one core and multiple parties"such as subject and object,but also a community with values including emotional,cultural and psychological identification.
