新时代党外人士须始终不忘与中国共产党"肝胆相照,荣辱与共"的合作初心,不忘与中国共产党继续携手前行的历史使命,在意识形态领域发挥正向作用,使意识形态领域马克思主义、共产主义、中国特色社会主义、坚持中国共产党的领导、社会主义核心价值观、中国梦等主旋律越唱越响亮,为实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦奠定坚实基础。

Non-party members of the new era shall always be in line with The Communist Party of China(CPC) with their original intention of cooperation as " treating each other with all sincerity and sharing weal and woe";meanwhile, shall not forget to continue to fufill the historical mission together with CPC and shall play a positive role in the field of ideology in order to fully expand the influence of the Ideology of Marxism, Communism, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, the socialist core values, the China dream theme and being stick to the leadership of the CPC, with an aim to realizing the two "one hundred year" goals and establishing the foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation as the China Dream.
