Strategies for Promoting Classroom Teaching Skills: Based on the Perspective of Professional Supervision

摘要 笔者从事的是质量管理和督导听课的相关工作,本文所要探索的主要内容是教师在授课过程中该如何提高课堂教学技能、更好地在课堂上发挥应有的教学效果,以促进整个教学质量的发展。 Related to the work of quality management and classroom teaching supervision,how teachers can improve classroom teaching skills in the process of teaching and better exhibit the teaching effect in class were discussed so as to promote the development of the whole teaching quality.
