文章聚焦于高职院校教学质量保障体系的构建,指出提高教学质量是高职院校面对的永恒主题,高职院校人才培养及教学质量监控与评价过程中企业主体的缺失将严重影响高素质高技能人才的培养。文章以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例,探索了职教联盟背景下企业参与教学质量保障体系的构建,阐述了企业督导员进行教学质量监控与评价活动的组织、实施与效果。

The construction of higher vocational colleges teaching quality guarantee system is the focus,pointing out that to improve the teaching quality is the eternal research subject in higher vocational colleges.Talents training in higher vocational colleges and enterprises the main body in the process of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation of lack will seriously affect the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel.Based on Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology as an example,teaching quality guarantee system under the background of vocational education was elaborated and the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation on the enterprise supervisor organization,operation and effects of the activities were explored.
