高校党员干部肩负着共产党员和教育工作者的双重使命,在高校落实立德树人根本任务的各项工作中扮演重要角色并发挥着积极作用。以新时代好干部的五个标准为基础,结合高校教师职业道德和新时代高校教师职业行为十项准则,提炼概括新时期高校党员干部的形象特征,并就形象塑造的基本路径提出解决思路。

Party members and cadres in universities and colleges shoulder the dual missions of Communist Party members and educators,who play an important and active role in the implementation of the fundamental task of building morals and cultivating people in universities and colleges.Based on the five standards of good cadres in the new era,combined with the professional ethics and the ten standards of professional behaviors of university and colleges teachers,the image features of Party members and cadres in universities in the new era were summarized and solutions to the basic path of image-building have been put forward.
