摘要 在研究确定合适的时间节点后,利用RVA法对河流的水文情势改变程度进行评价,以期为水资源保护和流域规划提供技术参考。基于Mann-Kendall法确定拉林河发生很大变化的时间节点,然后运用IHA-RVA法评价河流水文情势的改变度。评价结果表明:平水期和丰水期的月均径流量减少;小流量增加、大流量减少;低流量谷底数和高流量洪峰数均呈增长趋势,高、低流量持续时间均呈现减小趋势;流量连续增减率在降低。这些现象表明拉林河削峰补枯、水量均化现象较为明显。33个指标中有6个发生了高度改变、13个发生中度改变,水文情势整体改变度为中度。拉林河流域有著名的五常大米基地,水田的开发会导致水资源利用程度加大,影响水文情势的合理变化,采用MK-RVA法能够科学合理地反映实际情况。因此,该研究成果对流域的综合规划和农业的合理发展具有参考作用。 By research to determine the appropriate time node,and by using the RVA method,this paper is to evaluate the degree of change in the hydrological situation of the river,in order to provide technical reference for water resources protection and river basin planning.Based on the Mann-Kendall method,it determines the time node of the great changes in the Lalin River,and then uses the IHA-RVA method to evaluate the degree of change in the river’s hydrological situation.The evaluation results show that the monthly flows decrease during the normal and high water periods;the minimum flow increase,and the maximum flow decrease;the low pulse count and high pulse count both show an increasing trend,while the low pulse duration and high pulse duration show a decreasing trend;the rise rate and fall rate are decreasing;these phenomena indicate that the Lalin River cuts the peak to compensate for the drought and the water level change is more obvious.Among the 33 indicators,6 indicators have undergone a high hydrologic alteration,13 indicators have undergone a moderate hydrologic alteration,and the overall hydrologic alteration is moderately.There is a famous Wuchang rice base in the Lalin River Basin.The development of paddy fields will increase the utilization of water resources and affect the reasonable changes in hydrological conditions.Adopting MK-RVA method can reflect the actual situation scientifically and reasonably,and can provide reference for comprehensive planning of river basin and rational development of agriculture.
