经管类跨专业虚拟仿真实践教学模式探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 经管类跨专业虚拟仿真实践强调“职场化”和“真实性”,注重培养学生综合能力和职业素质,是培养复合型人才和应用型人才的重要手段,是高校探索人才培养新模式的重要途径。首先从教学技术手段、教学团队、教学资源等方面分析跨专业虚拟仿真实践教学平台设计与建设,然后从教学目标、教学内容、教学考核方式、教学特点等几方面分析经管类跨专业虚拟仿真实践的教学体系,指出其在实际教学中取得了良好成效。 Cross-specialty virtual simulation experiment emphasizes“workplace”and“authenticity”.It plays an important role in cultivating students’comprehensive ability and professional quality.It is an important means to cultivate compound talents and applied talents,and an important way to explore a new mode of talent training in colleges and universities.Firstly,the design and construction of cross-specialty virtual simulation experiment teaching platform and teaching model are analyzed from teaching techniques,teaching teams,teaching resources,etc..Then the teaching system of cross-specialty virtual simulation experiment in economics and management major is analyzed from the object,teaching content,teaching ways,teaching characteristics,etc.,so as to obtain the good result in practical teaching.
