Research and Practice on the Training of Chemical Talents Based on the Concept of EIP-CDIO under the Background of New Engineering

深入分析新工科背景下地方高校化工专业人才培养的现状,在研究和理解EIP-CDIO工程教育理念的基础上,对化工人才培养模式在课程教学体系、实践教学体系及师资队伍等方面进行了系统的构建、设计和实施,以期为新工科背景下转型发展应用型地方高校的化工人才培养体系建设提供一定的借鉴。

This paper makes an in-depth analysis to the undergraduate talents of chemical engineering in local universities under the background of the new engineering,and the training mode of chemical talents in the aspects of course teaching system,practical teaching system and teaching staff are systematically constructed,designed,and implemented on the basis of studying and absorbing the concept of EIP-CDIO engineering education,which provides some reference for the construction of chemical talents training system of transforming and developing applied local universities under the background of new engineering.
