新生代农民工城市长期居留意愿的影响因素研究

The Study on the Influencing Factors of the New Generation of Migrant Workers’ Long-term Settlement Intention

在经济新常态下,我国城镇化建设从过去的高速发展阶段进入高质量发展阶段,大批新生代农民工能否在城市定居下来是城镇化高质量发展的关键因素之一。以2017年全国流动人口动态监测数据为基础研究了性别、年龄、教育、收入、房产以及医疗保险等多个因素对新生代农民工城市长期居留意愿的影响。研究结果表明:上述因素均对新生代农民工的长期居留意愿有显著影响。在现居住城市拥有房产将显著提高居留意愿,这是最重要的影响因素。稳定的婚姻、更高的教育水平和收入水平、参与医疗保险等也将提高新生代农民工的长期居留意愿。

Under the new economic normal,China’s urbanization construction has entered into a new stage of high-quality development from the past high-speed development stage.Whether the new generation of migrant workers can settle down in the city or not is one of the key factors for the high-quality development of urbanization.Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the national floating population in 2017,this paper studies the impact of gender,age,education,income,real estate and medical insurance on the urban long-term settlement intention of the new generation of migrant workers.The results show that the above factors have a significant impact on the long-term settlement intention of the new generation of migrant workers.Owning real estate in the current living city will significantly increase the willingness to stay,which is the most important factor.Stable marriage,higher education level and income level,and participation in medical insurance will also increase the long-term settlement intention of the new generation of migrant workers.
