乡村振兴,人才为先。乡村振兴战略是以习近平同志为核心的党中央站在全局高度为解决“三农”问题而做出的重大战略决策。指出确保这一战略决策顺利实施的首要前提,就是建设一支懂农业、爱农村的基层人才队伍,各级党委和政府应积极重视和加强农村基层人才队伍建设,充分发挥他们在乡村振兴中的引领、示范和带动作用,积极促进人力资源向经济发展第一资源的转换,努力为美丽乡村的建设与发展提质增效。

Talents are the priority for rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to solve the“three rural”issues from the perspective of the overall situation.An important prerequisite for ensuring the smooth implementation of this decision is to build a team of basic talents who understand agriculture and love the countryside.For this reason,each local party committee at all levels should actively attach to and strengthen the construction of rural grass-root talent teams,and give full play to their leading,demonstrating and roles in rural revitalization.Be active to promote the conversion of human resources to the first resource for economic development,and to improve the quality and efficiency of the construction and development of beautiful villages.
