新时代劳动幸福观视角下的农民劳动幸福感提升路径研究

Research on the Promotion Path of Farmers’ Labor Happiness from the Perspective of Labor Happiness in the New Era

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,习近平总书记在继承马克思主义劳动思想的基础上,结合本国实际深刻阐述了新时代劳动幸福观的内容。立足于新时代劳动幸福观,分析新时代农民劳动幸福感现状存在的主要问题,并在此基础上探索有效提升农民幸福感的路径,即要加强社会主义核心价值观的引导、尊重多种劳动形式、坚持科技与劳动并重等方法,让农民在劳动中获得幸福。

With socialism with Chinese characteristics entering into a new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping,on the basis of inheriting Marxist labor thought and in combination with the actual situation of China,profoundly expounds the content of the concept of labor happiness in the new era. Based on the concept of labor happiness in the new era,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current situation of farmers’ labor happiness in the new era.On this basis,explores the path to effectively improve farmers’ happiness,that is,to strengthen the guidance of socialist core values,respect a variety of labor forms,and adhere to the equal emphasis on science,technology and labor,so as to make farmers happy in labor.
