基于创新能力培养的高校心理健康教育课程改革与实践

The Reform and Practice of Mental Health Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities Based on the Cultivation of Innovation Ability

在"专创融合"背景下,以创新能力培养的高校心理健康教育课程改革的必要性为前提,以沈阳工业大学心理健康教育课程改革为例开展实践研究。提出以"学生为中心"的改革模式,以"创新心理素质"为核心的改革目标,以"四体融合"为载体的改革过程,基于团体动力学视角优化课程体系、组建成长小组、强化课程效果,进一步提出以创新能力培养为导向的心理健康教育课程模式。

Under the background of“innovation integration”,on the premise of the necessity of the course reform of mental health education in colleges and universities,the study takes the curriculum reform of mental health education in Shenyang University of Technology as an example to carry out practical research.It proposes to take“student centered”as the reform mode,“innovative psychological quality”as the core of the reform goal,“four segments fusion”as the carrier of the reform process.It optimizes the course system based on group dynamics theory,establishes growth teams,strengthen the result of course,further puts forward the mental health education curriculum oriented by innovation ability training.
